Overview:
Renovation of grade II listed restaurant at Claridge’s Hotel, London to Claridge’s Bar.
Client:
The Savoy Group.
Responsibilities:
Project lead/designer. Responsible for all construction documents, furniture and mill-work hand offs to the GC and vendors.
Applied for planning applications and worked with English Heritage to align on scope and obtain final approvals. Responsible for liaising with the Savoy group on concept and prototype reviews as well as the functional requirements of the bar, serving stations and custom furniture.
Putney Bridge Bar, London, UK
Overview:
Renovation of existing bar following new ownership.
Client:
Wolfe Properties.
Responsibilities:
Project lead/designer. Responsible for all aspects of project including client presentations, construction documents and running weekly site meetings with project team. Provided detailed hand offs and carried out shop drawing reviews for all custom millwork, furniture and lighting.
